Invoking Your First Amendment Rights while arguing on Facebook: Someone invoking their freedom of speech right while arguing with their conservative uncle over whether Obama is an illegal alien from Canada, or Bosnia or wherever. For Christ’s sakes, people…that’s like invoking your “freedom to assemble” right when getting in trouble for wasting time talking about last night’s Breaking Bad episode in the lunchroom at work.
I think that this principle deserves a little more respect than you bringing it up every time someone disagrees with you about who should have won Dancing with the fucking Stars last season.
